Can anyone enlighten me please?
Tell me, tell me; Am I the only person who cannot understand the Indian accent?
It was really exhausting talking to the Indian lady just now.

My patience has reached a new limit; from 70% to 30% now.
It's so annoying settling stuff like these. And my mom has just gotten me to call Singtel to check out about her handphone bills.

I can go crazy listening to the automated phone operators.
Please spare me from all these! I'm already doing a lot of phone calls like that at work.
I need rest! D:
